Honest boundaries help you

You don’t need to claim you owned everything.

Evidal is designed to understand real contribution — team work, scoped ownership, assisted work, and transferable experience. Overstating doesn’t help: consistency is part of what gets evaluated. Clear boundaries do help.

Say what you owned.The decisions you personally made and the work you personally did — with the details only an owner would know.
Say what others owned.Teammates, managers, reviewers, other systems. Naming this is useful evidence, not a weakness.
Transferable counts.If your experience is adjacent rather than exact, explain the bridge and the ramp-up. Adjacent evidence is real evidence.
Before anything is sent

You review everything. Then you decide.

Before you submit, Evidal shows you what you said — and you can go back to the conversation to add detail or change an answer. Nothing reaches the employer until you confirm.

And to set expectations honestly: after you submit, your application is locked in and goes to the employer for internal evaluation — the result goes only to the hiring team. You won’t receive a score or feedback — the hiring decision stays with the employer, where it belongs.
