Show how you actually work.
This isn’t a resume. It’s a conversation about real work you’ve done — not bullet points, not titles, not buzzwords. Every evaluation runs the same way, for everyone. Nobody is filtered out by keywords.
Not another AI tool counting keywords.
Evidal exists because resumes stopped working — for employers and for you. Strong candidates get missed when real work doesn’t translate into titles, formatting, or the right buzzwords. So we don’t read your resume. We ask about your work.
One conversation. Your real work, topic by topic.
You’ll walk through the topics below in a single structured conversation, with a progress bar showing what’s covered. Use real examples — specific and honest beats polished. If AI is part of the role — or of how you work — you’ll also cover how you actually use it.
Your work today
Your current role, the kind of problems you handle, and where your time actually goes.
Projects in detail
One or two real projects: the context, what you diagnosed, what you did, and what you weighed.
Tools you used
What you reached for and why — including AI tools in your workflow.
How you solve problems
What you check first, how you decide the next step, how you choose between causes.
A decision you made
The options you considered, what you chose, and the tradeoff you accepted.
What you owned vs. what others owned
Clear boundaries. Owned, contributed, observed — each is useful evidence.
How your experience maps to this role
Where your experience is direct, and where it transfers with ramp-up.
Optional work evidence
GitHub, portfolio, or other links if you have them. Entirely optional.
You don’t need to claim you owned everything.
Evidal is designed to understand real contribution — team work, scoped ownership, assisted work, and transferable experience. Overstating doesn’t help: consistency is part of what gets evaluated. Clear boundaries do help.
You review everything. Then you decide.
Before you submit, Evidal shows you what you said — and you can go back to the conversation to add detail or change an answer. Nothing reaches the employer until you confirm.
And to set expectations honestly: after you submit, your application is locked in and goes to the employer for internal evaluation — the result goes only to the hiring team. You won’t receive a score or feedback — the hiring decision stays with the employer, where it belongs.
Apply yourself — or send your agent.
Every role publishes a machine-readable spec. Apply in the browser, or hand the role link to your AI agent and it applies on your behalf through the same structured conversation. Same evidence either way.
Two ground rules for agents: the profile has to be true to your actual experience, and no confidential material — paraphrase or redact anything sensitive.

Free for you. Private by default.
Applying costs you nothing — employers pay Evidal, not candidates. And your identity stays yours: companies see your evidence first, not your name.
